That's it. Full time. Arsenal bossed the first half, scoring a well-deserved quartet of goals, but West Brom managed to stop the destruction in the second. A very end-of-season display and atmosphere - but of course, Arsenal have one more game to go. Thanks for your company this afternoon.

Not good from Ospina, spilling Gardner's distance shot and conceding a corner.
Arsenal ploughing forward now, with players taking tumbles in the box, but no chance of penalties.
Three minutes to be added on.
Baird thinks he might as well have a pop from range, but Ospina gets that.
Arsenal's official Twitter account is notifying fans about the imminent "lap of appreciation".
Not really clear what Gardner was trying to do there with the chip from the right - cross or shot? Either way, nothing comes of it.
Ramsey evidently wants to be in on this goalscoring action.
And then Ramsey drags his shot wide.
And again on to the post from Myhill after a Ramsey shot! Great attempt, great save.
And an absolute belter from Ramsey, cannoning off the post - Myhill wasn't going to get anywhere near that.
Some more lovely build-up play from Arsenal, with Sanchez as the fulcrum, until he's flagged offside.
And Jack Wilshere gets a rest as well, replaced by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Ironic cheers as Gardner hits the rebound high and wide after Brunt's initial shot was saved.
It's a slow procession to the final whistle now, I think.
It's raining in north London now.
Sanchez has been a little subdued this half, but here he is again on the left - Myhill spots him and is quick to the save.
Sensible move, probably, to protect Walcott's fragile little skeleton.
Aaron Ramsey replaces Coquelin, Giroud replaces Walcott, who is rightly met with great acclaim.
An absolute slice from Anichebe.
West Brom fans are certainly singing. They sound rather mournful, but are making the best of it.
Close for Walcott! Ozil skips round Dawson and puts the ball in, but Walcott can't get on the end of it.
And a shot from Morrison, from range and wide of the post.
West Brom are looking brighter. Mind, it would be hard for them to be duller than they were in the first half.
Final change for West Brom on the hour mark.
The proverbial muted celebrations, obviously, but if they can get another relatively quickly, nobody would be surprised to see Arsenal panic, would they?
GOAL! And that's a goal back courtesy of Gareth McAuley, who outjumps David Ospina.
West Brom have a shot! Ospina makes the save from Anichebe.
He looks rather winded.
And Tony Pulis seems to be hoping simply to stop arsenal from scoring any more.
And a shot from Cazorla, with Walcott hoping to pick up the rebound, but no luck.
Coquelin fancies a piece of the goalscoring action, but his volley is wide.
And that free kick was Olsson's last contribution of the day.
Walcott chases the ball forward after an Ozil dummy, but there's too much on that.
That's off-base from Olsson.
Booking for Bellerin for a foul in Morrison - and a free kick awarded.
Some energy from West Brom in these opening minutes of the second half.
West Brom get the second half started, with what I can only assume is a feeling of ominous foreboding.
Right, I wonder what on earth this half holds for us.
Half-time. Well, that was eventful.
And Wilshere attempts to grab another goal before half-time, but he can't quite control it in his stride and it balloons over the top.
Two minutes of additional time.
Ospina notices the deflection as Morrison takes it, and gathers it well.
Grumbling around the Emirates as West Brom win a free kick after Gibbs fouls Morrison.
Good save from Myhill there, tipping Walcott's shot around the post.
This really is some lovely football from Arsenal today. West Brom fans already leaving their seats. Can't really blame them.
Tony Pulis is slumped in his chair. He'll have to give one heck of a half-time team talk to get anything from this.
It's a straightforward enough tap-in for him, but smart work from Walcott and more great approach play - it's a cross from Wilshere as well, mark you.
GOAL! It's Theo Walcott's hat-trick!
Meanwhile, Coquelin takes a Dawson arm to the face as he attempts to brush him off.
Some pacy Arsenal play here, with Walcott seeking out Sanchez this time, but his shot is blocked.
West Brom are still here, by the way. They can't get the ball or out of their half, but they're still just about on the park.
Cazorla takes but nobody can direct that goalwards in the box.
Good combination of Cazorla and Sanchez leads to a corner.
Another free kick fed through from Ozil, and he'll have been wishing that anyone but Per Mertesacker had been on the end of that.
And there he is again, making a mockery of McAuley.
Walcott is looking ever so lively in terms of pace - nipping down the flank, dancing round defenders.
And there's Wilshere again, nipping through but his shot is right at the keeper.
Free kick to Arsenal, about 35 yards out. They can't make it count, and Myhill is seething because he thinks the offside flag should be up.
Chance! And there's Theo Walcott's hat-trick flashing before his eyes, but Myhill makes the save.
Tony Pulis looks livid on the sidelines. Not surprised, really.
Well, that's been an exciting opening 20 minutes. What else do Arsenal have in store? And do West Brom have anything in response?
Terrific goal, smashing it home on the volley from the edge of the box - and he, like Walcott, is right across to the physio for hugs and thanks.
GOAL! And there's the third! Jack Wilshere!
Walcott's on the charge again, but this time Lescott manages to put it out for a corner.
To be honest, after this first quarter of an hour, this could be an absolute carnival for Arsenal.
GOAL! And that's Theo Walcott's second! He harries the West Brom defence well after Wilshere causes havoc, and punts it home.
Some nice, linear passing along the back line as Arsenal look to press again.
Save from Myhill there as Arsenal link up beautifully to cue up Sanchez.
The Arsenal fans are singing about Wembley. Not that they're not really bothered about today, obviously.
Alexis Sanchez is looking sparky, after a rather subdued turn last weekend.
Oh, and of course, that's Arsenal's first goal at home for nearly 280 minutes.
Well, that's a bright start from Arsenal. There's that end-of-season feel to the sound in the stadium.
GOAL! And it's a terrific one from Theo Walcott, creating himself space in the box and lashing home into the top corner.
Arsenal are asserting themselves hugely at the moment.
And Walcott has the first shot of the afternoon, picking up Ozil's pass but it's blocked and West Brom break.
Arsenal kick off the final game of the season!
The referee for this afternoon’s match is Mark Clattenburg.
Having said that, are clear favourites - Arsenal (2/5), Draw (17/4), West Brom (8/1).
West Brom are unbeaten in five and have overcome both Manchester United and Chelsea during that run so this may not be as easy as history suggests.
Furthermore, Arsenal are unbeaten on the final day in each of the last nine seasons, the longest current run.
The omens are good for Arsenal coming into this one: Arsenal have won six and lost none of their last seven Barclays Premier League matches against West Bromwich Albion.
West Brom use the last game of the season to blood some youth prospects in the matchday squad. However, their starting XI is a pretty strong looking one with Saido Berahino leading the line? Will the young England striker be at the club next season?
Jack Wilshere makes his 100th Premier League appearance for Arsenal while Theo Walcott leads the line as the Gunners chase the draw that will ensure 3rd place.
