At the other end, Kosovo almost get a fourth but Celina's curving shot flies just wide.

Rashford is straight into the action. He surges in from the left and fizzes in a drive that the keeper parries to Sterling. Its a sitter, but the Man City man blazes it over the top.He looks to the side and is relieved to see the flag up!

OFF THE WOODWORK! Kane wins it deep in Kosovo territory and supplies Sterling ,who sees his effort from close range hit the keeper and bounce back off the post.
Celina has a pop from distance - and then wishes he hadn't.
Alexander-Arnold steps up but curves his free kick harmlessly past the keeper's left-hand post.

LATEST: The Czech Republic lead 1-0 in Montenegro. That means they would move above Kosovo into second spot if scores stay as they are. England would be three clear.
England guilty of giving the ball away too cheaply once more in the lead up to that Kosovo goal. Another early one in a half too.

GOAL! The visitors pull one back. Berisha times his run brilliantly and shows some composed touches before curving a shot into the corner to net his second of the night.
Almost six. Kane clips a ball to Alexander-Arnold on the right of the box. The Liverpool man wastes little time taking it down and lashing in a shot that the keeper parries into a defender before gathering at the second attempt.

GOAL! It's five-star England. Once again Sterling is given too much space. He races towards the keeper before laying it across for Sancho to tap home.

GOAL! England are running riot. Sterling once again leads the charge on the break before rolling it into space for Sancho to fire in the fourth.

So, as it stands, England will make it four wins from four and move on to 12 points at the top of the group. The Three Lions would be four points clear of Kosovo having played a game less too.
Bernard Challandes was cautioned in the aftermath of that goal for his protestations.
Kosovo are fuming. England played on despite Aliti appearing to go down injured in the build up. It was right on the touchline and the attackers weren't aware, but Kosovo are still unhappy!

GOAL! It's three. Sancho drives to the right byline and fizzes in a low cross that Mergim Vojvoda puts past his own keeper.
Vojvoda steps forward from the right and takes on a 25-yarder that fizzes just wide of the near post. Looked like Pickford had it covered though.

Berisha is given time to turn 25 yards out and fire in a shot that Pickford easily smothers despite a slight deflection.
STAT: Kane and Sterling have now combined for four goals in their last three Euro 2020 qualifiers.
Barkley floats a free kick to the far right of the Kosovo penalty area, but Maguire can't climb high enough to guide it back across the goal. The visitors eventually clear their lines but are struggling to hold it up.

STAT: Kane has now scored 19 goals for England while wearing the captain's armband - only Alan Shearer (20), Bryan Robson (20) and Vivian Woodward (23) have scored more such goals for the Three Lions.

GOAL! England lead! Sterling turns on the centre circle and drives at the Kosovo defence before feeding Kane, who drills a shot through the keeper's legs.
England have been well on top so far - that early Keane aberration aside.
Elsewhere in Group A, it remains Montenegro 0-0 Czech Republic.

DID YOU KNOW? England have not lost a home competitive match away from Wembley since February 1936, when they were beaten 2-1 by Wales at Molineux. Tht's 29 matches unbeaten with 23 wins to boot.
That's six goals in four for Sterling now. Not bad at all from the Man City man.

GOAL! Great response from England. Keane makes amends as he rises brilliantly to nod a right-wing corner back into the mix for Sterling to head home.
Just a reminder that Kosovo are unbeaten in their last 15 matches in all competitions, winning on 10 occasions. They are targeting three victories in a row for the first time since May 2018 - and England have gifted them a perfect start!

GOAL! It's a dream start for Kosovo! Keane makes an awful error at the back, allowing Vedat Muriqi to tee up Valon Berisha for a clinical finish.
DID YOU KNOW? This is England's second match at Southampton's St Mary's Stadium. The first was back in October 2002 when they drew 2-2 with Macedonia in a Euro 2004 qualifier.

Challandes: "It is clear for me it will be a very, very hard game but it is a possibility for our very young team to show what is a very, very high level."
Southgate: "Kosovo will be very high pressing, hard working, a more attacking threat than we faced on Saturday. Maybe there will be more space to play up front."
Meanwhile, Kosovo made it 15 matches unbeaten with a 2-1 success over the Czech Republic.
The Dardanians have a few familiar names to fans of English football. Goalkeeper, Arijanet Muric is on loan at Nottingham Forest from Manchester City while Huddersfield's Florent Hadergjonaj and Swansea's Bersant Celina also feature.
And Gareth Southgate has made three changes from that side that faced the Bulgarians. Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ben Chilwell and Jadon Sancho come in at the expense of Kieran Trippier, Danny Rose and Marcus Rashford.
England come into this clash on the back of a comfortable 4-0 rout of Bulgaria on Saturday.
