That's it! Napoli's 25-year wait for the Coppa Italia is over! Juventus' undefeated season is ended in its final game! Goals from Cavani from the spot and Hamsik seal a 2-0 win and Napoli are the 2012 cup holders!
Dzemaili initiates another Napoli counter and sends Maggio free on the right, but the winger settles for winning a throw.
Offside against Pepe as Pirlo launches a ball forward.
Again they bring a goalscorer off: Cavani is the third of the big hitters up front to make way, with Miguel Britos on.
Napoli are to make their final change here to burn a few more seconds.
FIVE minutes of stoppage time. Juve need two goals with ten men.
But first a red card for Quagliarella! A tussle with Aronica sees the sub elbow the defender in the face! Petulant behaviour from the striker. Disgraceful. Aronica far from innocent in that but nonetheless a stupid and petty reaction from Quag.
Maggio brings down Vidal and Juve will need something from this free-kick if they're to stand a chance...
Inler almost breaks again for the partenopei, but is outnumbered and dispossessed.
Caceres almost connects with a Pirlo free-kick sent into the Napoli danger zone.
Goalscorer Hamsik makes way for Andrea Dossena.
Gaps at the back as Juve press forward once more and Pandev threads the Slovakian through perfectly to slot what should be the clincher across Storari.
De Sanctis makes it both keepers in the book, picking up a yellow for timewasting.
Napoli break from pressure and it's 3 on 3 in the Juve half... but Hamsik's ball is poor and allows Barzagli to intercept.
Great slide in from Zuniga snuffs out a Juve approach on the right wing.
Marchisio is clutching his shoulder after challenging for a loose ball with Inler. Juve have made all three changes so he will have to suck it up.
...but the effort comes back off the wall.
Now Aronica gives away a free-kick a few yards behind the 'D'. This is Pirlo country...
PEPE! Shot blocked close to the goal line!
Goran Pandev will pick up a fourth successive Coppa Italia winners' medal if Napoli hold on. He is on the pitch in place of Lavezzi, who may well be done as a Napoli player if PSG get their man. Juve also make their final change: Fabio Quagliarella is on for the ineffective Borriello.
Corner played short, Pirlo eventually whips the ball in. Half-cleared and Bonucci is there tro volley! De Sanctis saves!
Pirlo tries to thread a through pass down the right for Vidal, who lets it run out as it took a deflection.
From 1993 to 2012, the Del Piero Juventus saga is over. He makes way for Mirko Vucinic while Simone Pepe is on in place of Lichtsteiner.
Pirlo! Volley at the far post from Marchisio's early ball is off-target.
Who should Juve bring off the bench to try and rescue their double attempt? Will Napoli hold on or even extend their lead? Let me know on Twitter! @liamhappe
Borriello also picked up a yellow card in the penalty scenario, presumably for dissent.
Deafening at the Stadio Olimpico as flares are set off by the jubilant Napoli fans. They lead with little over 25 minutes left.
Penalty Napoli! Yellow card Storari! He brings down Lavezzi as the Argentine nips in ahead of the defenders!
Juve players surround the ref as another decsiion goes against them, this time a goal kick which actually came off a defender last.
Borriello catches Aronica and the set piece ends with a Napoli free-kick.
Del Piero wins Juve another corner and eggs on the Turin support to raise the decibel levels.
Hamsik slides in late on Borriello, but escapes a booking.
Napoli break from the corner and Lavezzi almost gets in ahead of Estigarribia following an arkward bounce, but Juve clear their lines.
Free-kick is whipped into the box where Zuniga heads behind for a Juve corner.
Now one for Cannavaro - his 15th of the season - as Juve break after Maggio's claims for a penalty against Caceres are ignored.
Booking for Dzemaili for a foul on Lichtsteiner.
This one comes long, but Cannavaro is unable to guide a header towards goal.
Campagnaro is able to win a fourth, however, after another Napoli passage attempts to get into the Juve box.
Three corners for Napoli now and three they have worked short and failed to get into the danger zone.
Now Napoli win a corner. Another bright start to the half after doing so in the first 45.
Great run by Dzemaili coming inside from the left but his square ball has too much on it for Cavani to convert.
Napoli win an early free-kick but Lavezzi's delivery into the box from the left is cleared.
After a bit of a delay, the referee blows his whistle and Napoli finally get the second period underway.
And there's the half-time whistle. Still goalless in the Coppa Italia final. Will it be Napoli or Juve to find the win? Let me know on Twitter - @liamhappe
Del Piero goes from goal when they finally take the 25-yard free-kick, and De Sanctis does well to parry.
We will now get a bit more than that as Campagnaro brings down Del Piero after Pirlo is caught by Cavani and both receive treatment.
One minute of time to be added on at the end of the first half.
Emmet Gates (@e_i_m_g) says: "That was a pen!"
He leaves the field for more treatment but should be ok to return. Reckless from Aronica but he has got away with it. Bit of luck there as could easily have been a penalty.
The Juve midfielder is down in a heap on the grass in the aftermath.
Marchisio's tame shot is held by De Sanctis after good work from Del Piero.
Marchisio is lured into going to ground on Inler and that late challenge finally earns the first yellow card of the final.
Borriello clips Lavezzi and Juve's spell cools with the defensive free-kick to Napoli. Looked like a 50-50 tangle to me.
Borriello! Cuts inside Aronica before driving low from just outside the box and the bounce takes it away from the far post.
Inler tries his luck from 25 yards and fires well over the crossbar.
Almost a great one-two between Del Piero and Vidal almost sees the club icon put the Chilean through. Great interception from Cannavaro.
Lavezzi is off-balance and unable to latch onto Cavani's through ball.
...but De Sanctis is out early to fist it away from danger.
Zuniga brings down Lichtsteiner and Juve will take a free-kick from the left wing here. Pirlo stands over it ready to cross...
Over half an hour in and outside of a few half-decent chances the game hasn't really left first gear yet.
Del Piero is caught offside.
Calum Togneri (@cal_ct) is happy to see Juve growing into the game: "Juventus looking dangerous at last, I don't think Conte should be worried with a bench like that :)"
Vidal gets a final warning for hauling down Zuniga. Very lucky not to be in the book. Lavezzi whips in a sumptuous cross from the right and it just misses the head of Hamsik!
Juve work the corner short but soon concede a foul as Dzemaili does well to nip in and take possession.
Del Piero takes... it comes off Zuniga in the wall and out for a Juve corner.
But now Aronica concedes a free-kick 20 yards from goal bringing down Pirlo. It is he and Del Piero standing over this one...
Inler is caught in possession and Juve whip in a cross from the left which is only half cleared. Vidal's subsequent attempt is closed down.
Vidal takes the ball from Lavezzi's feet before the Argentine can shoot at goal from 12 yards.
Now Juve break again, but it's out for a goal kick. The Serie A champions look happy to sit back and wait for their chances.
Another free-kick for Napoli, won by Lavezzi.
Inler takes a Napoli free-kick short and receives it back from Dzemaili, but his chipped ball into the crowded box is cleared.
Now Juve come forward and Del Piero has a shot blocked before Marchisio has a crack... great save by De Sanctis!
Dzemaili has a shot closed down, with Campagnaro offside in the aftermath.
Juve win a free-kick 30 yards out, but Pirlo's attempt to float a dangerous ball in comes up flat.
It comes dangerously close to meeting the head of Cavani, but Juve get it away.
Bonucci is forced to concede a Napoli corner.
Bright start from the Naples side so far.
Now Lavezzi strikes wide of the far post when Hamsik was available for the final ball.
Lavezzi is a little too slow in threading the through pass onto Cavani's feet, and the striker is flagged offside as a result.
Del Piero attempts to initiate a break from Napoli pressure but is bundled over in the centre circle by Inler. That earns the Turkish Swiss midfielder a talking to.
Now Lavezzi is brought down by the right-back and Napoli will get a free-kick this time, out on the left near the half-way line.
Zuniga mugs Lichtsteiner for possession as the Swiss player embarks on a run down the right.
Maggio sent sprawling by Vidal but no free-kick - the referee is letting a lot go early on.
Juventus make their first bomb forward but are unable to penetrate the final third.
Lavezzi wants a corner on the left but it's a goal kick.
Maggio's understanding with Campagnaro on the right-hand side comes into play early, and the defender whips in a cross to pick out Zuniga at the far post! Header saved point-blank by Storari! Napoli almost ahead after 70 seconds!

Napoli boss Walter Mazzarri: "Our aim was to get as high as we could and that's how it ended. We wasted some points on the way and we had our own destiny in our hands again in Bologna - and we all know how it ended there. We need to accept that. It's still an important season for us, because - I repeat - we don't need to judge our season only on what happened in Serie A."
Juventus manager Antonio Conte: "The aim was to remain unbeaten and to celebrate with our own fans. We managed that and that had never happened in a 20-team league. This is a legendary season because in the future no one will ever be able to beat what we've done, only equal it. No one ever gave us anything and that's reason for great pride."
