Why watch?
ERC2 will be better than ever with new rules reducing the number of scoring rounds from six to four, which has resulted in double the number of all-season competitors signing up for what is expected to be a wide-open and highly anticipated title chase. Tibor Érdi Jr is back to defend his title, 2017 runner-up Zelindo Melegari is armed with a new Subaru Impreza, while Sergei Remennik continues in ERC2 following an impressive rookie season. Juan Carlos Alonso returns following a one-year absence, while Luis Pimentel is also returning after a back injury curtailed his 2017 endeavours. Newcomer Tarik Manderes Okur from Turkey completes the list.
