AFPOdesnik, 24, admitted to obtaining eight vials of human growth hormone in the United States in December 2009, and the substance was found in his luggage by customs officials before this year's Australian Open.
The world number 114 will be suspended from action until December 28 2011 and all results recorded since the drug find have been disqualified, the ITF said.
