The same team took Great Britain to the World Group II Play-offs after defeating Netherlands, Israel and Portugal in the round robin matches of the Euro/Africa Zone Group I competition in Israel in February, and then beating Austria in the promotion play-off.
Commenting on the selections, Fed Cup captain Murray said: "We had a wonderful team spirit in Israel and some fabulous performances so I'm delighted to have all four members of that winning team available for the play-offs against Sweden.
"A place in the world group is up for grabs and we will be going to Boras determined to grab it.”
The winners of the Great Britain v Sweden tie will progress to the World Group II, whilst the unsuccessful team will return to the Euro/Africa Zone Group I competition for 2013.
Britain’s number one and world No.62 Elena Baltacha commented: "Sweden have got some very experienced players and they'll be tough, especially with their home crowd, but I think all of us are very confident as a team and we're definitely up for the challenge.
“We had a fantastic team spirit in Israel and for me personally it was one of the most amazing weeks of my career. The only thing that could top that would be gaining promotion and making a bit of history for British women's tennis at the same time. I can't wait!"
British Eurosport2 will show exclusive LIVE coverage of the tie from 1pm on Saturday April 21, continuing Sunday April 22 on British Eurosport from 10am.
Anne Keothavong, Britain’s number two and world No.73 said: "Following on from our success in Israel I'm really excited about our next tie against Sweden. It's such a huge opportunity for us to try and make it into the World Group and I know we'll all be making sure we give it everything to win."
Heather Watson, Britain’s No.3 added: "I am really excited to get back together with Judy Murray and the rest of the team to represent our country in the Fed Cup. We had so much fun in Israel and we all worked really well together there. I hope we can have even more success in Sweden."
