World number two Trump was whitewashed 4-0 at the final hurdle by Rory McLeod, who will meet 1997 World champion Ken Doherty in the last 32 in Poland on October 5.

Top seed Mark Selby made it through after defeating Ben Judge 4-0. Selby's opening match in Poland will be against Fergal O'Brien, who pulled off deciding-frame victory over Marcus Campbell to earn a clash against the 'Jester from Leicester'.

Veteran Jimmy White also made the main tournament after a 4-3 win over amateur Andrew Norman. White will take on Dave Harold in the round of 32 while namesake Michael White faces another Mike - Michael Holt - first up in six weeks' time.

John Higgins will face off against Ding Junhui in the pick of the Poland openers, while other notable last-32 fixtures to come out of Sheffield are 2010 Crucible winner Neil Robertson against Jamie Jones, who saw off Steve Davis to progress, and number eight Stephen Lee against number 22 Andrew Higginson.
