Exeter v London Irish
Exeter boss Rob Baxter has predictably retained the team that accounted for Amlin Challenge Cup opponents Bourgoin in France last time out. The Chiefs, unbeaten at home in Premiership action this season, include new signing - Australian lock Peter Kimlin - among their replacements.
Full-back Delon Armitage, rested due to the England elite player squad arrangements against Ospreys last Friday, returns in the number 15 shirt for Irish, with Topsy Ojo back on the wing. Up-front, changes in Irish's front-row unit see starts for hooker David Paice and prop Alex Corbisiero.
Gloucester v Harlequins
England centre Mike Tindall returns to captain Gloucester after being rested for last Saturday's 90-point European stroll against Rovigo. Tindall partners Henry Trinder in midfield, while other changes include starts for prop Nick Wood and back-row forward Brett Deacon.
Quins show several changes from the side that beat Italian outfit Cavalieri in European action last weekend. England internationals Danny Care and Nick Easter are among those returning to action, along with fly-half Nick Evans, while centre Jordan Turner-Hall is back following a fortnight's injury absence.
Leicester v Bath
Leicester rugby director Richard Cockerill retains 13 of the starting line-up that accounted for Heineken Cup opponents the Scarlets in emphatic fashion five days ago. The only changes are in the front-row, where props Boris Stankovich and Dan Cole start instead of Marcos Ayerza and Martin Castrogiovanni.
England captain and former Leicester flanker Lewis Moody is again absent as he continues his recovery from an eye injury, and Bath are also without lock Danny Grewcock for the trip to Welford Road. Ignacio Fernandez Lobbe replaces an injured Grewcock, while Shontayne Hape returns alongside Olly Barkley in midfield and David Flatman packs down at loosehead prop.
Wasps v Northampton
Wasps' England prop Tim Payne is back after suspension, featuring among five changes following the victory over Heineken Cup opponents Glasgow. Elsewhere, full-back Mark Van Gisbergen starts, along with centre Dominic Waldouck, Joe Worsley and his fellow flanker Tom Rees, who has recovered from an ankle strain. Dan Ward-Smith takes over from broken nose victim Richard Birkett at lock, where he partners Simon Shaw.
Ben Foden returns to the Northampton team after being rested for last weekend's narrow Heineken Cup win against Edinburgh because of England requirements. Foden replaces Greig Tonks at full-back, with one switch on the bench seeing prop Tom Mercey replacing Euan Murray.
