The president of South Africa's FA and four other officials have been suspended after a FIFA report into match-fixing.

South Africa assistant coach Thomas Madigage has died in a car accident, the South African Football Association has confirmed.

South Africa were duped into allowing a match-fixing syndicate to provide referees for a series of World Cup warm-up games, FIFA said.

The pitch at the stadium that hosted last year's World Cup final has been declared unfit for South Africa's upcoming Nations Cup qualifier.
