The Bianconeri came in for Bastos last season but the French club blocked the move, preferring to hold on to one of their key players.
But a drop in French TV revenue means Les Gones will re-evaluate a deal in the summer as they look to cover their losses.
"Last year Juventus made us a concrete offer and were effectively close to signing Basto," Aulas said at UEFA’s recent convention.
"But we blocked everything, preventing the deal from happening because, after we thought about it and evaluated the pros and cons, we decided not to sell our player.
"Now it's a different story. Things have changed. If Juve were to make an interesting offer, if the player wants to do it, if his agent agrees and if the price is right, then we could think about letting him go."
