EurosportL'Equipe have reported the Brazillian defender could complete a move to the big-spending Ligue 1 runners-up as soon as this week.
The move could cost as much as 40-50million euro.
Meanwhile, Napoli president Aurielo De Laurentis confirmed Ezequiel Lavezzi is in discussions for a transfer out of Italy.
"There is talk of a 31 million euro price in the press, but this agreement is confidential and I can not reveal the true figures," De Laurentis told local radio station Radio Marte.
"All I can say is that the case will be concluded next week."
