Lovren leaves Lyon camp for tests
Lyon defender Dejan Lovren has left the club's pre-season training camp in order to have his injured foot examined.
The Croatian centre-back injured his right foot during last season's Coupe de France final win over lower-league side Quevilly, and subsequently had to withdraw from his country's Euro 2012 squad.
The 23-year-old left Lyon's summer base in the alpine resort of Tignes and returned to Lyon on Sunday.
A club statement said he would undergo tests "for analysis and more accurate diagnosis of these recurring problems with currently preventing him from training with the rest of the squad in Tignes".
