Ghana midfielder Bennard Kumordzi has left Dijon following their relegation, joining Belgian side Genk.

Kumordzi, 27, only joined Dijon in January, but his stay has been a short one, making two appearances as they slid back into Ligue 2.

The former Norrkoping, Egaleo and Panionios midfielder has signed a four-year deal with the Belgian club, who will take part in the Europa League this season.

He has made eight appearances for Ghana, scoring once.
