Serie A club Napoli have won their appeal against a two-point penalty imposed last month for match-fixing by one of their players.
Holders Napoli were knocked out of the Coppa Italia last 16 after suffering a last-gasp 2-1 home defeat by Bologna.
Italian authorities have docked Napoli two points and banned three players for between six months and three years.
Napoli have been charged by the Italian FA over match-fixing on the final day of the 2009-10 season and sanctioned by UEFA over stadium and fan problems.
Napoli missed the chance to cut the gap at the top of Serie A to one point whent hey were held to a 0-0 draw by Fiorentina.
