Maguire lands Peterborough trial

Peterborough have given a trial to Waterford's teenage striker Sean Maguire.

Maguire made a goalscoring appearance as Posh reserves were beaten 3-2 by West Brom on Wednesday.

Transfer-listed striker Nick Ajose scored the other goal to continue his recent good form.

Maguire has broken into the side at Waterford, who play in the First Division of the League of Ireland. The 18-year-old has a prolific goalscoring record in junior Irish football.
