Cisse hit the net six times last season after joining from Metz for only 1.6 million euros in January and has hit five goals in four games for Senegal.
He been linked with the likes of Bayern Munich but said he will not be on the move in January.
"As it stands I am looking to honour my contract," he said. "What happens afterwards I cannot say."
His current deal expires in the summer of 2014.
