Taaramae, Moncoutié lead Cofidis

Estonian Taaramae finished 11th in last year's race while veteran Moncoutie - with two Tour stage wins under his belt - will add plenty of experience to the team at the ripe old age of 37.

Remi Di Gregorio and Sammy Dumoulin were also named in the team, which is searching for a first Tour de France stage win since 2008.

This year's Tour kicks off on Saturday with a prologue in the Belgian city of Liege.
