ImagoCoppi was a five-time winner in Lombardy, the last triumph of which came in 1954, and Vacansoleil-DCM will pay homage to the Italian on Saturday.
Thomas De Gendt, Stefan Denifl, Johnny Hoogerland, Bjorn Leukemans, Marco Marcato, Tomasz Marczynski, Mirko Selvaggi and Rafael Valls will all wear the famous celeste shirt that Coppi once donned.
The Dutch team have already paid tribute to Coppi during the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia - as the Italian won both grand tours in 1952.
Vacansoleil-DCM will introduce the 'celeste Lombardia kit' on Thursday before presenting it to the chapel and museum of Madonna del Ghisallo on Friday.
