Former Olympic runner Porter dies in Arizona plane crash

Olympian and prominent US distance runner Pat Porter was among three people killed when his twin-engine plane crashed after takeoff from an Arizona airport. 53, who ran the 10,000m in the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympics, died with his 15-year-old son, Connor, and a friend when the aircraft crashed.
